Welcome to Jacobs Restores LLC. These Terms govern your use of our website and services.
Services
Professional property restoration including water damage cleanup, fire and smoke remediation, mold remediation, and reconstruction. Subject to written estimate.
Estimates
Based on initial assessment. Final pricing may vary. Valid 30 days.
Payment
Due upon completion unless arranged. Accept credit cards, checks, insurance payments. Owner responsible for non-covered amounts.
Cancellations
24 hours advance notice required. Scheduled appointments cancelled with less notice may be subject to a service fee.
Access
Provide safe access and disclose hazards prior to work commencing.
Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amount paid for service.
Warranty
Services provided "as is" without guarantees of specific outcomes beyond the scope of written work orders.
Insurance Claims
We assist with documentation and adjuster communication but are not an insurance company and cannot guarantee coverage decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials are property of Jacobs Restores LLC.
Governing Law
Kentucky law governs these terms. Disputes shall be resolved in Fayette County courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
