Robert Jacobs founded Jacobs Restores LLC with one core belief: when someone's home or business is damaged, they deserve to work with the person who is actually planning and doing the work — not a coordinator, not a franchise office, not a call center.
After years working in the restoration industry, Robert saw firsthand how impersonal large franchise operations can feel during what are often stressful periods for a property owner. He started Jacobs Restores LLC to be different — a company where the owner conducts the assessment, builds the plan, and takes personal responsibility for every project from first inspection to final walkthrough.
